Welcome to my first post. I am happy that the day has finally come for me to join the never-ending chorus of voices screaming about movies on the internet. I think that before I get to do all of that, a proper introduction is due.

• My full name is Xavier Marquis Coward
• I was born in San Angelo, Texas
• I moved to the Houston area for my senior year.
• I graduated from Rice Consolidated High School in Altair, Texas
• I currently attend Texas State University as an Electronic Media major.

At a very young age, I was introduced to the horror genre. My mother and I began watching paranormal movies when I was a baby, and at this point we have probably seen them all. My dad is obsessed with zombie movies to a point that we have a doomsday plan for the zombie apocalypse. In other words, this love runs in the family. This is the reason behind me using this blog to review and celebrate these maliciously made masterpieces we call horror movies.

I see no real point in writing about something you love if there is no one to enjoy it with you. Movies are meant to be shared. Sometimes it seems like films are exclusive to a certain type of person, but that is NOT how it is going down on this blog. I want to share my passion with all of you guys, and hopefully, you share it with me too.

The big goal of this blog is to build a community with my fellow fans and create a safe space for all of us to enjoy and discuss the horrors genre. If everyone reading this loves ghosts going wild, demons dominating the mortal world and serial killer continuously adding to the kill count then stick around.
